Exhibitors & Booths

19 September 2026, KAI (Kyiv Aviation Institute), Kyiv, Ukraine. A booth is for manufacturers, shops, print services, individual makers, makerspaces, and schools — anyone with something to show to a live 3D printing audience.

What it costs

Floor space — UAH 6,000. The area for your booth: your own equipment, your own furniture. You are listed among the exhibitors on the site.

Floor space with your logo — UAH 12,000. The same plus a table, 2 chairs, and a power socket if you need one. And your logo on every printed material of the festival and on the site.

Anything beyond it — more floor space, extra tables, your own structure, higher power draw — is quoted separately: describe it in the application.

Educational institutions pay nothing. Schools, clubs, colleges, and universities get a booth free of charge — terms and the number of spots are on the Educational Institutions page.

If you want more than a booth — your own named zone, a banner, and a slot on stage — that is partnership, from UAH 21,000.

If the war hit you

Lost your production, moved it out from under shelling, work in a front-line area, or are rebuilding after losing your equipment — say so in one sentence in the application. We will give you a spot free of charge or for a symbolic sum, depending on how many spots are left at that moment.

We ask for no certificates and no proof: your word is enough. The same goes for veterans workshops and for makers who lost their workshop.

How it works

  1. You fill in the application below. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.
  2. We reply within 3 business days: we confirm the format and send an invoice from Maker Hub NGO.
  3. Payment secures your spot in the hall.
  4. A week before the event we send the hall layout, setup times, and on-site contacts.
  5. On 19 September you arrive, set up before the doors open, and run your booth.

Application deadline: 20 August 2026. Later ones are considered subject to available space — an exhibitor needs about five weeks to approve a budget and prepare a booth.

Bring MakerChips — a printed token instead of a paper business card. Visitors collect them at booths, so your brand ends up in a pocket rather than a bin.

Exhibitor application

The first half is what we need to plan the hall. The second half is mostly optional: it helps us seat you next to the right neighbours and build a programme you would want to attend yourself.

Your booth

We plan the hall and the power lines from these answers.

You and the festival

Almost everything below is optional.
