Exhibitors & Booths

19 September 2026, online. The festival takes place in a virtual world: visitors walk between booths as characters, come up to yours, talk to you by voice, and look at what you show. A booth is for manufacturers, shops, print services, individual makers, makerspaces, and schools — anyone with something to show to a 3D printing audience. This time from any city and any country.

What an online booth is

Your booth is a separate zone in the exhibitors pavilion. It includes:

a sign with your logo on the booth wall;
one or two of your exhibits as objects in the world — a product, a printer, a spool, a part. We draw them from your photos;
a click on an exhibit opens your website, catalogue, photos, or a PDF;
the booth voice room: a visitor walks up and you talk, with video if you wish;
a card in the exhibitor list on the site and a “Meet the exhibitor” post in the festival social media.

Your representative runs the booth from their own computer in Chrome or Firefox. All you need is a browser and a microphone; a camera if you want to show yourself or a product live.

What it looks like

What it costs

Booth — UAH 6,000. A booth in the pavilion with everything described above. You are listed among the exhibitors on the site.

Larger booth with your logo — UAH 12,000. Twice the zone and up to four exhibits. Plus your logo on every festival material, on the site, and in the announcements.

If you want more — your own named pavilion and a slot in the lecture hall — that is partnership, from UAH 21,000.

Educational institutions pay nothing. Schools, clubs, colleges, and universities get a booth free of charge — terms are on the Educational Institutions page.

If the war hit you

Lost your production, moved it out from under shelling, work in a front-line area, or are rebuilding after losing your equipment — say so in one sentence in the application. We will give you a booth free of charge or for a symbolic sum.

We ask for no certificates and no proof: your word is enough. The same goes for veterans workshops and for makers who lost their workshop.

How it works

You fill in the application below. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.
We reply within 3 business days: we confirm the format and send an invoice from Maker Hub NGO.
Payment secures your booth in the pavilion.
You send the logo, photos of the exhibits, and files for the booth after confirmation, or give links to them right in the application. We build the booth and show it to you before the festival.
A few days before the event we send the link to the world and hold a short rehearsal: you come in, check the sound, and look around your booth.
On 19 September you enter via the link and run your booth — from home or from the office.

Application deadline: 18 September 2026. A booth takes two to three days to build, so later applications are accepted only if we can still make it in time.

Exhibitor application

The first half is contacts and format. The second half is about what you will show: we build your booth from it and seat you next to the right neighbours.

We build your booth from this. We will ask for the logo and exhibit photos in our reply to the application, or give links to them in the field below if they are already on Google Drive or your website.

Almost everything below is optional.
