Volunteers

The festival runs on volunteers. It is the shortest way to see RepRapUA from the inside, meet everyone, and understand how an event like this comes together.

• Guest registration at the entrance and badge handout.
• Navigation: pointing people to the stage, the contest, the booths, and the coffee.
• Stage support: microphone, timing, speaker changeover.
• Support for exhibitors: unloading, water, covering a booth during a break.
• Photo and video, social media.
• Setup the day before and teardown after the festival — the hardest and the most fun part.

A standard shift is about four hours, so half of the day stays yours to simply walk around the festival. You can take two shifts, or join only for the setup.

• Entry to the festival and access to all activities in your free time.
• A team t-shirt and meals on the festival day.
• Introductions to makers, manufacturers, and speakers — the people who usually have a queue.
• Confirmation of volunteer experience if you need it for your studies or CV.
